Encryption where only you hold the keys

Only you hold the keys

With zero-knowledge encryption, your files are locked before they leave your device and can only be opened by you. 360eCloud stores the ciphertext — never the keys.

What you get with Zero-Knowledge Encryption

Client-side AES-256

Files are encrypted on your device using AES-256 before upload, so plaintext never touches our servers.

Private key ownership

Your encryption keys are derived from your credentials and never transmitted to us in a readable form.

Encrypted metadata

File names and folder structures are encrypted too, not just the contents inside them.

Independent audits

Our cryptographic model is reviewed by third-party security firms and published for transparency.

Perfect for

Made for the way you work

  • Law firms handling privileged documents
  • Healthcare teams storing sensitive records
  • Anyone who wants true data privacy

Frequently asked

What happens if I forget my password?
Because we never see your keys, we cannot reset access to encrypted data. We strongly recommend saving a recovery key when you sign up.
Can 360eCloud read my files?
No. Zero-knowledge means we only store encrypted data and never have the keys required to decrypt it.
